- I ventured into the wine business in April 2009 under the name "Bali Wines" because of my love for wines from around the world. I love the great conversations with friends around wine. My curiosity of the wine world took me to Napa, Sonoma, Monterey, and Paso Robles to pick the minds of different wine makers. I quickly realized the devotion required for this industry was one that was overwhelming for me at the time. The Rose pictured above won a gold medal in the San Francisco Chronicle wine contest in 2010.
